I was referred to this place for counselling, and was initially drawn to the ability to book appointments online. However, this is only available to patients already in their system.No worries, I'll call them and book an appointment.. except that I got put on automatic hold and after five or so minutes was told by the machine to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me, which I did.. a week ago.No biggie, I thought, I'll send them an email, they'll respond to that. Except they didn't. and I'm still waiting.Update after I posted this review they got in contact and apologised for losing me in their system so we all good.

Very poor organisation... Had a report completed that cost over $1000 completed so I could present to the family court... The report was full of inconsistencies and ultimately I was not able to use in court.. They didn't even offer an apology for the lack of professionalism and denied me a refund...
